Dear Delegate,
We have been informed by the OECD of problems regarding the availability of rooms for the next BIE General Assembly corresponding to the date that was communicated during the last Session, that is to say 22nd June 2010.
Due to these problems, and with the agreement of the BIE President, I would like to inform you that the 147th Session of the General Assembly will now take place on Thursday 1st July 2010 (and not on Tuesday 22nd June as previously indicated).
The 147th Session will be convened, in accordance with the BIE Regulations, at least two months before the date of the meeting.
