BOWS is being prepared to create a real-time and interactive environment where information can be exchanged between delegations and a BIE officer, and discussions can be held between all the BIE Member States.

The BOWS platform will allow the BIE to progressively move away from relying on slow postal correspondence and will not only serve as a repository for all the comments and suggestions that have been made on past issues but also as an integrated, interactive workspace.

BOWS will no longer use one login and password for all delegations. Instead each delegate will be issued a private username and password that will allow them to, access BOWS, leave comments, ask questions, participate in discussions and access their countries' specific work area.

BOWS has been designed to allow our delegates to find the most current and important information quickly and efficiently. It is important to note that BOWS will heavily rely on the advanced search functions that are being included to find documentation, comments or any other information contained within the system.
